key responsibilities:- Creation, development and implementation of the brand strategy, brand plans and new brands initiatives - Conducting analysis and periodical brand reviews (competitors, category, customer trends) to maximize the brand’s equity and marketplace performance - Ensuring efficient budget execution and expense control on regular basis - Communication of product information, marketing strategy and key activities to sales team - Organization of product trainings for clients - Project management of all marketing activities related to the brands - New product development - Development and production of marketing materials and other promo tools - Building partner relationship with key external (agencies, key opinion leaders) and internal stakeholders - Constant knowledge up-date about brands, market trends and changes in law regulationsrequirements:- university degree - 3-5 years’ experience as a Brand manager in wines or spirits - skill of working out successful marketing strategies - a good mix of creative and analytical skills - good communication skills to build partner relationship with different stakeholders - fluent English (must)we offer: - Competitive salary and quarter bonus level- Medical insurance - Comfortable office in the center of Moscow - Professional and career development opportunities
