Six laboratories created and operated by NBS allow for detailed molecular characterization and sophisticated and customizable, yet standardized across NBS laboratories processing of biospecimens, in addition to their extensive clinical annotation. NBS creates a bridge between medical centers network in Russia and cutting-age biomedical R&D in Europe, USA and Japan. Job overview: The Head of Projects Acquisition (HPA) role is focused on obtaining new purchase orders (PO) from the existing pool of customers. Reporting to the Director of Business Development (BD) you will act as a lead of Feasibility Requests (FR) group currently including 3 people. Key responsibilities will include the following: Manage the FR team and improve the business processes. Secure timely responds to the client’s requests by the FR team. Manage fast and precise feasibility assessment of these requests through the NBS medical partners’ network. Organize and control the quotation process. Chaise the quotations till the PO raised by the client. Supervise the development of NBS CRM. Manage the relationship with the existing clients. Monitor and analyze the capability of partners’ medical sites in terms of project feasibility. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. Cooperate with all Company units to aid business and organizational development. Key requirements and personal profile: Strong team leader with attention to details and systemic thinking Proven track record in dealing and working with international pharmaceutical clients Minimum 5 years in either clinical studies or working for international pharmaceutical or/and diagnostics companies Fluent English. Other languages are an advantage Strong medical background Excellent communication skills Self-driven, energetic, result oriented with positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit Mature, credible, and comfortable to negotiate at all levels Well-presented and businesslike.
