About the role Maintain and grow sales volume and increase margin with the defined national customer base. Being the single point of contact within Beverages customers and to take full responsibility for managing / coordinating all business interactions/ transactions in a professional manner. Proactively prospect for additional opportunities outside the existing customer base. Act as the ‘customers’ voice within BC to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of trading relationships. Responsibilities
Developing sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy on an area level Preparing sales forecasts and budgets Monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas Negotiation with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the Company Collaboration with different departments: marketing, pricing, sourcing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production Coaching customers on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services Support the implementation of customer relationship management for existing and new customers in the relevant segments and networks
About you
4+ years of work experience within a food service / Horeca environment with sales experience Strong computer literacy Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite Experience of analysing market information, forecasting sales opportunities and business growth SAP knowledge SalesForce knowledge Negotiations skills, communication skills, project management, result-oriented
