Position Purpose & Summary A technical career with Cargill means becoming a professional in managing people and technical processes. In this combination lies the expertise of the Technical Management Trainee. In many cases he/she will start work in shift as operator in different areas and shift lead after. During this time TMT will need to learn operators duties as well as processes and technological base. High contribution and involvement into EHS, process safety and Food Safety programs are expected from TMT. This part of training will combine technical knowledge and leadership skills development. The intention that showing technical capabilities, leadership skills and high level of engagement TMT will eventually grow into a Department/Location Manager in one the sphere of Cargill's worldwide operations. Key words for our production supervisors are safety, food safety, productivity excellence, continuous improvement, cost savings initiatives, quality control and improvement. Assists and executes all production processes within a single people intensive department and/or highly technical processes, or shift. Ensures areas of responsibilities meet BU/Plant standards for safety, quality, efficiency and financial performance Responsibilities: 50% - Leading the shift
Learning logistics and production processes on site as operator and crew lead Responsible for shift results, deadlines, compliance Corporate standards study: policies, procedures, guidelines, requirements Process parameters, quality and quantity controls Learning Logistics, production and maintenance sprv roles duties Production innovation and optimization Continuous improvement and stable ops deployment Leading group of people in shift, communication with other depatments Proposing new ways to maintain equipment, shortening downtimes and repairs
20% Risk Management
Following EHS standards, implementing initiatives, leading reporting in all areas Process safety system support and improvement Environmental compliance Food/Feed safety system support
20% Site processes study
Learning maintenance processes, strategies, PM/pdM, structure, planning ad scheduling. Learning of laboratory work Financial processes procurement Capital excellence and planning HR processes
10% Virtual and F2F trainings and meetings
EGP program modules TMT meetings
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Engineering or Food Engineering education( Food science, Chemical/Bio-Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Automation, Processing, Fuel/Biofuel) English. Intermediate and above Advanced computer skills (Autocad, Excel, statistical programs) Leadership skills Stress resistance
Preferred Qualifications:
Master degree in education Some production experience(less than 2 year preferably) Financial knowledge Another EU language is a plus only Knowing world class industry standards Soft skill trained
