Job Purpose: As Supply Chain Site Lead works on or with SLT (Site Leadership Team) ensuring the supply chain performance of the Site by adhering to achieve superior delivery performance through STADA Supply Chain standard processes, highest standards and maturity, driving fact-based, pro-active and anticipative performance orientation, whilst ensuring regulatory and compliance frameworks. At the same time, the Supply Chain Site Lead leads the Site Supply Planning Team and Warehouse. Reports operationally to: Site Head Reports functionally to: Head Supply Chain Cluster SEE Location: Nizhny Novgorod, Russia Responsibilities:
Leadership of department on Site, ensuring availability of competent, high performing people and competence in expert area. Responsible for the escalation of potential supply issues to the Site Head and the Head of SCM SEE. Responsible for the Site Supply Planning Team, processes, systems and capabilities. Lead and facilitate the design, implementation and routine operation of a Site IBP process linking Site business to the CTO strategies and goals. Leading the Supply Review elements of the IBP processes and its link with the Global Demand Planning unit, ensuring that demonstrated performance and improvement plans, supply chain capability, inventory and/or lead time strategies and planning assumptions have been established; alternative supply plans prepared, balanced to resources and identification of commitment gaps are all identified. Responsible for governing the supply chain activity portfolio at the Site, by supporting the team in the definition and execution of Supply Chain Strategies and Initiatives, and prioritizing and resourcing appropriately, leveraging the network expertise and capabilities. Responsible for establishing a clear and effective Supply Chain Business Process owner within the Site network in line with STADA Supply Chain Standard processes. Responsible for the implementation and execution of STADA Supply Chain standard processes at the Site. These Supply Chain standard processes include and are not limited to site S&Op, master data, shop floor control, capacity and supply planning on a tactical horizon, long-term capacity planning, local warehousing, inventory management. Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Excellence in establishing and continuously improving STADA Supply Chain standard processes and programs for the Site. Proactively collaborate with Site Head and the Head of SCM SEE to identify industry best practice supply chain processes, for Site, and lead enhancements of operational standards. Responsible, together with the respective Site Head for the selection and performance assessments of the local Site Supply Chain Team. Responsible for the development, training and coaching and maintenance of a talent pool that assures a high-performance organization. Ensure the cross-fertilization of know-how within the organization and other STADA Functions to enhance Supply Chain the performance by sharing of best practice. Accountable for maximizing the usage of SAP/ APO tools at the Site. Lead the coordination of global strategic and tactical capacity planning processes between Global Operations strategy and Supply Chain (for future demand scenarios). Ensure dependent demand DS/DP demand flows are accurate and complete between supply chain nodes. Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant supply chain processes. Coordinates activities of warehouse and logistics on Site level. Coordinates activities related to procurement (direct and indirect) on Site level. Responsibility for a personal and professional development and the development of the associates.
University degree in Supply Chain or Science (Engineering or related fields) or Economics/Finance 5+ years’ experience in a managerial role within different stages of supply chain processes Supply Chain experience in a Manufacturing Site preferred Excellent knowledge of business processes within FMCG / pharmaceutical / food industry including planning, order fulfilment, capacity and supply planning, master data and life-cycle management Experience in LEAN assessments and implementations Strong leader to bring innovative ideas to fruition and drive process adherence through competency, dedication and ability to motivate Proven track record of designing and implementing breakthrough supply chain strategies & systems across global teams.
