What You Will Be Doing
- Driving a strategic sales plan that expands Panasonic's customer base and ensure its' strong presence in the German market
- Product responsibility for all passive components, power electronics, electromechanical components, sensors, and wireless modules
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and understanding new markets
- Understanding customer requirements commercially and technically, local support to our distribution network
- Academic degree in business or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environment
- Commercial understanding is essential, basic understanding of passive components desired
- "Customer-first"-mindset, energy and passion for sales
- Solution-orientation and accountability
- Strong networking and presentation skills as well as excellent listener
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel, driving license is required
- International work environment
- Flexible working hours with mobile work options
